Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are there any returns or exchanges?
A: Because all orders are custom, there are no returns but we will exchange. However, if you are unsure, I will take a photo and email it to you during the process so that you can be sure that the piece is exactly what you want. Most people say that the pictures don't do the jewelry justice! I do guarantee that all jewelry is genuine Swarovski Crystal, sterling silver or gold filled unless stated on the piece. (I do some prom jewelry that is Czech glass and if you want a color of pearl that is not in the Swarovski pallet I will use a glass one to if needed)

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A:  I offer free shipping in the continental USA. Insurance is your responsibility.  If you are an international customer, you can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What is the time frame in which I can expect my pieces to arrive?
A:  Please allow at least two months, as each piece is handmade. At times, certain beads may be back ordered from our favorite supplier due to manufacturing delay, so I want to allow enough time to get the beads from another source. If I have all the beads in stock, I can usually accommodate your order in two weeks. If you have a large order for bridesmaids please contact me so I can let you know of the time frame they will be available. It all depends on the availability of the beads and the complexity of the designs. If your wedding date is fast approaching and you just found us, you can check availability for a rush order. It will add 15% of the value of the jewelry and you would be responsible for overnight shipping. Please email me for more details.
